Does it cost more to book through you?
Not necessarily. My aim is to find the right holiday and provide the personal service that comes with booking through Simply Journeys. I will always make the total price clear before you decide whether to book.
Do I have to know exactly where I want to go?
Not at all. Some customers come with a specific hotel and date. Others only know their budget, dates and the type of holiday they want. Both are absolutely fine.
Can you book major holiday companies?
Through my host-agency network I have access to a broad range of established travel suppliers. If you already have a particular operator or holiday in mind, send me the details and I can see what options are available.
Can you arrange more complicated trips?
Yes, depending on the trip and the appropriate protection/booking structure. Simply Journeys has access to established tour-operator packages and, after the relevant compliance process, facilities for bespoke travel arrangements.
Are my holiday payments financially protected?
Financial protection depends on the type of travel arrangement you book. Simply Journeys works with Your Travel Consultant Ltd and its ATOL/PTS infrastructure. Your specific protection will be explained before you book. Insert YTC’s approved wording here before launch.
Who do I contact after booking?
Me. That is one of the main reasons Simply Journeys exists. If you have a question about your booking, get in touch and I will help or work with the appropriate supplier/YTC team where necessary.
Can you help with accessibility or assistance requirements?
Yes. Tell me that you have an accessibility or assistance requirement and I will explain the appropriate process for discussing the information needed. Please do not send medical records or sensitive medical information through the general website form.
Can I contact you if I only want some ideas?
Absolutely. Tell me your approximate budget, dates, departure airport and the kind of experience you are after and we can start there.
